Self-development, self-awareness

At just 21 years old, Steven Bartlett became the CEO and co-founder of Social Chain. Social Chain is the largest global social media marketing agency. They provide marketing techniques for the biggest brands and run the most popular social media accounts.

Growing up Steven's family was so poor that they couldn't even afford to celebrate birthdays.
He was taught at a young age that if he would have anything at all, it was because of his own doing. No one was going to hand him a thing.
That´s why he started selling stuff like pencils and candy at school in order to get money.

At age 20 he dropped out of university because he concluded that it couldn't teach him what he needed to know about starting a business. Like people skills and experience. He decided that actually running a business would be more valuable than just reading about them.

Now he is an award-winning entrepreneur, investor and speaker. He spends a lot of time speaking all over the world, to as many people as he can. And he always makes time to allow others to ask him questions.
He sees his 18-year old self in other young people and finds that if he manages to inspire at least one person, it's all been worth it.

Steven believes that you can make money from doing anything. But to become successful, you have to love what you do. When you're passionate about what you do, it's easier to remain motivated.
Learn as much as you can, as fast as you can and become an expert in your field.
Keep in mind that every decision you make today will change your life in the long run. Even though at this moment they might seem unimportant.
